What are the minimum system requirements?
The video broadcast is optimised to be viewed using the following:

  • Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox (your browser)
  • A Windows based operating system (Windows 98 SE, Me, 2000, XP and XP Pro)
  • Microsoft® Windows Media® Player Version 9 Series or later
  • Broadband connection which can download at a data rate greater than 128kbps
Why can’t I see the video properly?

If you are having problems viewing the video broadcast there are a number of things that you should consider when diagnosing the problem. These can be grouped under the following sections:

  • Operating System
  • Internet Browser
  • Media Player
  • Broadband connection

If you make any changes to your settings please then refresh your browser and re-connect to the video stream.

Operating System
The video broadcast is best viewed on a Windows based PC using the any of the following operating systems:

  • Windows 98 SE
  • Windows Me
  • Windows 2000
  • Windows XP
  • Windows XP Pro

These operating systems support at least Windows Media Player Version 9 which is a minimum requirement to view the video stream.

Mac Users

Disclaimer
Unfortunately Mac users may experience some problems and are not fully supported at this time.
Many Mac users can successfully view the video content using Windows Media Player for MAC or other compatible players such as flip4mac. 
However, we would ask you to please be conscious that the broadcast is being implemented in Windows Media format and whilst there are a number plug-ins for Macs which enable you to play these files, they can be unstable. Some Mac users may still have difficulties, and we would advise you to proceed with purchase only if you have previously viewed such video content successfully.

Internet Browser
There are a number of possible Internet Browsers used to view pages on the internet. These include Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape, and Safari (Mac). This video broadcast is best viewed using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.

Media Player

Why do I need a license?

Our site uses licenses to protect content. This allows us to offer streams to you legally. After you choose which video you want to watch, we will deliver the relative electronic license for the film to your computer.

How long can I watch my video for?

The films available to buy have different viewing restrictions which are stipulated before you buy them. Each License has a specific viewing period (48 hours, 72 hours, unlimited). This information will also be specified when you receive your email confirmation after payment.

Can I move or copy my purchased tracks to another computer?

It is illegal to move or copy your music files onto another computer or device that belongs to someone else, as this constitutes illegal file-sharing and breaks copyright law.
